Maxwell Begoon

Max is a Director at New Peaks. Previously, Max worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Industria Partners and Capital Value Advisors, boutique investment banks, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, research and other advisory services across the consumer and industrials industries. Prior to banking, Max worked alongside the corporate strategy and development team at Inspirato, a venture-backed hospitality company, where he assisted in securing partnerships to facilitate the launch of a new distribution platform.

Max is a graduate of the University of Denver where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Data Analytics. Max is from New Canaan, Connecticut.

Dylan Johnson

Dylan is a Director at New Peaks. Prior to joining the team at NPP Dylan worked as an analyst at Cornerstone Macro in New York City. At Cornerstone Dylan provided technical analysis and research to provide executives the knowledge to make sound macro-economic investment decisions. Before joining the team at Cornerstone Macro, Dylan worked as a private equity analyst at MBHE Holdings.

Dylan attended the University of Denver where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Economics. He was a captain of the University of Denver Men’s Lacrosse team where he was a four year starter and received All-American accolades. He was also a member of the USA U-19 Men’s Lacrosse team where he won a gold medal at the world games. Dylan is from Englewood, Colorado.
